Mr. Analjit Singh is the Founder and Executive Chairman of the
Max India Group. He has been the driving force behind the Max Group's sustained
growth and success since Mid 80's. In 2000 The Company reinvented and restructured

CII; Member - Overseas Indian Facilitation Centre (OIFC), Ministry of Overseas Indian
Affairs, GOI; Member, CII - Singapore CEO Group; Member Executive, National Council
and Healthcare committee of CII. In addition, Chairman, Board of Governors of the
Doon School and an Executive Board member of the Board of Governors of the Indian
School of Business.

Gary Bennett is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer
of Max New York Life Insurance Company. In 2005 he joint Max New York Life from
New York Life Insurance Worldwide in Hong Kong, where he was President and Chief
Executive.

company is one of the leading players in new individual life policies sold.
Prior to this, he was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of CMG Asia Life in Hong
Kong where he led CMG's substantial growth in Hong Kong from 1997. He was also instrumental
in establishing CMG Asia Pensions and Retirement Co. and CMG Asia Trustee. Gary
also held a number of senior management positions for Colonial (CMG) in the Asia-Pacific
region, including CEO & Chairman of Jardine CMG Consulting in Singapore where he
worked on the China Licensing Team and headed the team that saw Colonial receive
the first Australia Joint Venture Life Insurance License in Vietnam and China.

Anuroop (Tony) Singh is Vice Chairman of Max New York Life Insurance
Company, a partnership between New York Life (a Fortune 100 company) and Max India.
He is also an independent Director on the Board of other corporate entities including
philanthropies. These include Perot Systems, USA;

Development Credit Bank (DCB); Max Healthcare Institute Ltd; SOS Children's Villages
of India and Society for Integrated Development of Himalayas (SIDH).
Mr. Singh is a Chartered Accountant with over three decades of
experience in the financial services sector, including over two decades as a Chief
Executive for various businesses. Having built a number of successful businesses,
he is now pursuing Board level engagements with select professionally managed and
value driven organizations, which aim to leverage the full potential of an active
Board.
Earlier, Mr. Singh was Country Head, India and Regional Head, Consumer
Banking, Middle East and South Asia, for ANZ Grindlays Bank - the largest foreign
bank in India. At ANZ Grindlays Bank, he implemented a new revenue led business
strategy and significantly turned around the bank's overall performance.
Mr. Singh has also been the Country General Manager for retail
banking at Bank of America for five years. He spearheaded Bank of America's launch
in India and oversaw the retail banking business in the country. He was appointed
a member of the global key 200 management group of Bank of America by office of
the Chairman. Mr. Singh introduced 365 day banking in India.
Mr. Singh worked for 15 years in various leadership positions with
American Express and concluded as Regional General Manager for South Asia. He established
the company in several countries in the region. His exemplary work in launching
new products and services in regional markets, including the signature American
Express Card, earned him the coveted "Chairman's Award for Quality" in 1994. He
also inspired the creation of the Finance Resource Center (FRC) - the country's
first Business Processes Outsourcing organization, which is now a living example
of successful strategic reengineering.
Qualified as Chartered Accountant in 1976, Mr. Singh did his article-ship
from A.F. Ferguson and Co., a leading firm of public accountants in India, where
he also spent two years as a Management Consultant. He also worked overseas, with
Ernst & Young.
Mr. Singh graduated from Delhi University in 1973 and studied at
the Doon School, Dehra Dun.
Mr. Singh is married to Catherine Morice Singh, a professor of
Mathematics and a keen Indologist. They have two daughters, Priyanka and Divya,
who are pursuing college in Australia and France respectively.

Rajesh
is the CEO and Managing Director of Max New York Life Insurance,
the first Indo – American joint venture business to start operations
in 2001 when the insurance sector was opened to private participation.
A founder team member, Rajesh was amongst the first few management
team members to join Max New York Life Insurance.

He leads the company towards achieving its vision of being the most
admired life insurance company in the country.
Prior to this, Rajesh was responsible for establishing a multi channel
distribution network for the individual life business. Rajesh has
successfully established Agency as the core channel for the company
with strong focus on process, training and productivity. These strong
foundations have allowed Max New York Life Insurance to rapidly grow
to pan India presence with a professional and trained sales force,
which is widely regarded as the best in the industry.
Apart from his distribution role, Rajesh has also worked on many
cross-functional projects and Played a key role in defining Max
New York Life’s business strategy and growth plans.
Prior to joining Max New York Life Insurance, Rajesh was the Head of Asset
Finance business at the largest foreign bank in India, ANZ Grindlays Bank
and was seconded as the CEO and MD of the Bank's subsidiary finance company,
Esanda Finance and Leasing Ltd. Rajesh started his career with Bank of America
and held various positions of increasing responsibility. Rajesh was part of
the transition team that managed the successful sale of Bank Of America’s
consumer banking business to ABN Amro Bank and served as the Head of Consumer
Banking Sales.
Rajesh completed his Advanced Management Program from Wharton Business School,
University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, USA. He also has a Management post
graduation degree in Marketing and Finance from Faculty of Management Studies,
Delhi University.

Rajit Mehta
is Chief Operating Officer at Max New York Life Insurance Company.
Rajit is a founder team member of the Max New York Life team and
has seen the company through its formative years and in dealing
with the challenge of recruiting the best talent available in the
marketplace and building team spirit among people from diverse
backgrounds in his role as head of HR function. He is responsible
for managing the operations,

customer service, and Information Technology.
Rajit has made significant contributions in setting up and growing Max New
York Life. Besides establishing robust Human Resources practices, he has
played an important role in strategic interventions in the area of Sales,
Operations and Customer Services. Today Max New York Life has well over
16,500 employees across all parts of the country. Under his able leadership
the HR function has gained respect and credibility internally, in the
market place and with our shareholders. His efforts were recently
recognized when Max New York Life Insurance was ranked 7th in BT-Mercer-TNS
Best Companies to Work For survey.
Rajit has been instrumental in conceptualizing and setting up Max Vijay, an
innovative business model to service underserved market and provide
solutions for their protection and wealth creation needs.
Prior to joining MNYL, Rajit was Director - Personnel at Bank of America.
One of his key achievements was to help set up the bank's Retail Banking
Division and facilitate Management Development Training for Asia and
Australia. Rajit effectively managed two of the most successful Exit
Programs in the banking industry including the sale of Retail Operations to
ABN AMRO bank. He has successfully led Bank of America's strategy to
outsource its entire Personnel & Administration functions. Rajit has also
worked with HCL-Hewlett Packard.
